In the late 90s and early aughts (that’s 2000s to those of you less-cultured readers), a loose association of friends formed a close-knit group in college, eventually collectively known as “The Boys.” Video game fanatics, slackers, partyboys, hippies, nerds, and even one eventual air force pilot, the boys have always maintained a relationship as partners in crime. While a large faction of the boys were persuing a secondary education at RIT, the phrase “Oh those boys!” was coined by Biggens in the aftermath of a binge-drinking-induced mini-fracas. The phrase stuck, and has become synonymous with everything from mayhem to drunken despair. What better moniker for a website chronicling the thoughts, exploits & foibles of the Boys?
